Refund Policy

General Policy
At Sacred Art Murals, we strive for complete customer satisfaction with our Indian wall mural services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided.
Consultation Refunds
Initial consultations are provided free of charge. No refund is applicable for consultation services.
Project Cancellation
- Before work begins: Full refund minus administrative costs (₹500)
- After design approval: 50% refund of total project cost
- After work commences: No refund available
Quality Issues
If you're unsatisfied with the quality of completed work:
- Report issues within 7 days of project completion
- We will assess the concern and offer remedial work
- If remedial work is not satisfactory, a partial refund may be considered
Weather-Related Delays
Weather conditions affecting outdoor mural work do not qualify for refunds. Projects will resume once conditions are suitable.
Material Costs
Custom materials ordered for your specific project cannot be refunded once purchased. This includes specialized paints, brushes, and other artistic supplies.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing
- Processing time: 7-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount
Non-Refundable Services
- Completed artwork and installations
- Travel expenses for artists across India
- Custom design work that has been delivered
- Services affected by customer-requested changes
